Refund Policy

What is the policy if the product arrives damaged at my place?

Take pictures of the damaged part(s) and send them to info@perfusionart.com. You will receive a full refund or we will send you a new product in case your product is damaged. Resends go out the next day and you will be provided with new shipping information immediately to the same email address.

 

What if I want to send my product back, but it is not damaged?

That is possible, you can find the return shipping address at the bottom of this page. In this case, you pay for the shipping costs.

 

What is the next step in the return process?

You can send us an email to info@perfusionart.com requesting your refund. After you have posted the package to the returns address and forwarded the tracking number to info@perfusionart.com, we will refund your purchase.

 

How long does it take for me to receive my fee or new product?

We aim to send a replacement product within 24 hours after the resend has been approved, the same goes for refunds.

 

How many days do I have to return something?

You have 30 days to return your product.

 

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Who will pay for the return of the product?

You will have to pay for shipping the product back to us, but we we refund your initial shipping costs.
